This is an exciting opportunity for a talented clinician with an interest in artificial intelligence (AI) to work on projects and applications that will be using machine learning as the primary means of delivering innovative health care products and services.

Use of machine learning and AI is at the forefront of ground-breaking advances in healthcare. There is a wealth of healthcare data and medical knowledge available and as such, significant opportunities to develop new systems and methods to help to deliver best practice of the future, big data breakthroughs in genomics, predictive analytics, population health management, and clinical decision support to name but a few.

Barts Life Sciences, a partnership between Barts Health NHS Trust and Queen Mary University of London, has received funding from the European Regional Development Fund and Barts Charity and is working with lead Capital Enterprise and partner Digital Catapult to help deliver the CAP-AI project. We are recruiting for digital fellows to work on a number of interesting projects spanning a wide range of healthcare services to help improve patient care.
